Since 1999, I have focused my career in the area of estate planning.  Directly following my graduation from Marquette University Law School in 1981, I served as a lawyer on active duty in the U.S. Navy.  After leaving the Navy, I returned to southeastern Wisconsin and spent over ten years as a corporate attorney.  My last corporate position at Golden Books Publishing Company in Racine, WI ended in 2009 when I entered the private practice of law in Waukesha.

In 2009, I was very fortunate to take my existing estate planning practice to the Angermeier & Rogers, LLP Law Offices.  With this move, I have been able to expand the services provided to my clients from primarily planning with wills and trusts to include probate, trust administration, and elder law.  The firm also has given me the opportunity to expand the geographical reach from a single office in Waukesha with additional offices in downtown Milwaukee and Cedarburg.  Angermeier & Rogers has been the perfect home for growing my estate planning practice.  The firm shares my philosophy of educating the public as the best way to attract new clients.  As a result I have been able to present well over 100 educational seminars covering basic estate planning, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and advanced estate planning strategies for retirement assets and life insurance.

I have made Waukesha my home since 2000.  I am married and have one adult son and two adult stepsons.  In my younger years I was an avid runner.  I have completed seven marathons but none very fast.  My current hobbies include training our golden retriever, trying to catch fish, and a monthly sheepshead game with my cousins.
